Why we built it
RevSystems started with a concrete problem: screening inbound mortgage calls against specific qualification criteria without making callers wait through a rigid flow. Prompt-only systems were too inconsistent; rule-only systems felt too slow. Clara was built to combine natural, real-time conversation with deterministic control over qualification and next steps.
